Cooking (chicken in tomato ketchup)

This is my 4 piece of chicken. You can cook the amount you wany ,but make sure you add enough of the spices. As you see I removed all the fat and the skin from it.
To ensure you for a good smell, you should wash the meat with vinegar and some warm/hot water.

Here are the ingredients: 1 cube bouillon (you can also use Maggi bouillon)

This is celery mix seasoning. It contains(celery, red pepper, dried onion and sugar) and it's available at Big Lots. You add 1 tablespoon to the chicken.

This one is onion powder. Add 1 tablespoon to the chicken.(You can also use raw onion) and it's also available at Big Lots.
This is garlic salt.It gives the chicken a very good taste and smell. You add 1 tablespoon to your chicken and that's enough.

One tablespoon sugar is also needed for a sweet taste of your chicken.

I used 3 tablespoons of Hunt's tomato ketchup. This ketchup has a very good taste .You don't wanna miss it.

After you measure all the ingredients you should add them to the chicken in a bowl. You stir it and this is what it will look like.

You'll need at least 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry it for 5 minutes on medium high.

The first stadium in the pot. Here you see the chicken in the hot oil.

The chicken is cooking and I'm stirring it.

In this video I have added 3 tablespoons of Hunt's tomato ketchup to the chicken. This will give it a reddish/orange colour and it will taste good too! You want to let it fry for 3-5 minutes.Don't forget to stir it!

I added 3 x1/3 cup of water to the chicken and I'll let it cook for 25 -30 minutes on medium level.
Here the chicken is done after 30 minutes and it's ready to eat. You can combine it with rice and vegetables( like broccoli, corn ,carrots etc.),with bread and vegetables or with brown beans.

Have it your way!! Enjoy your chicken!!!
